Week 4 & 5 Here and Gone in a Flash

I haven't been here to update the site in 2 weeks!!! I've been extremely busy watching the lectures, doing the homework assignments, making revisions to previous assignments, working out some Internet issues and running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The weeks came and went so quickly, it's hard to believe that I'm already at the half way point of my first class.
One important point to take away from the past couple of weeks is that I really need to get my assignments posted earlier in the week. The sooner I get it posted, the sooner I can get some feedback, and the sooner I can post to other peoples' Workspace. (Also, the sooner I can start celebrating the weekend!)
On to the work I've been doing.
The following work is what I submitted for week 4.
First we had to sketch out our planning for animating a Heavy ball and a Light ball falling at the same time and coming to a settle in 60 - 120 frames.
This is my planning sketch:

Then we had to animate the Heavy and Light ball based on our planning. See the video below:
After that, we had the option to revise our bouncing ball animation and our previous Stu Pose (Excitement). I took the opportunity to revise both of my previous Stu poses. Check 'em out:
This one was from week 2.
My mentor gave me some really good feedback on the new pose. I was excited to hear the good news.
This one was from week 3.
My mentor said I could stretch out the leg that's on the ground a little more and probably do something with the bent arm since the bent leg is so close to it. I'm planning to take that bent arm and bring it across the front of Stu's body. I'll be posting that later this week.

Week 5 continued on the next post...
